    Shipping Policy

    All items are handmade. Please allow 3–7 business days for production. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity.

    Delays may occur due to customs or postal issues.

    Customs & Import Taxes:
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

    We accept returns on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending the item back.

    Conditions of Return:
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition. If the item is not returned in its original state, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Order usually needs around 3-4 Days to produce since every rings are made by orders. Also, it usually needs around 7-9 days for shipping.

    Return And Exchange Policy

    We hope you LOVE the item you received! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before return or exchange.

    For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality issues, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. All items must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. The following orders are not allowed to return or exchange:

    ❀ Ready to ship orders
    ❀ Custom orders such as personalized curved bands
    ❀ Exceeding 7 days return period
    ❀ Items that have been returned or exchanged before

    I will draw a sketch or CAD pic to show the design according to your idea, but you need to put the deposit $50 before.

    Also, I could change the stones as you wish: Natural Diamond, Ruby, Emerald, Teal Sapphire, Moss Agate, Amethyst, Citrine, Garnet, Peridot, etc. I am happy to quote you the price.

    Please noted: All custom jewelry don't accept no reason return.

    Custom & Import Taxes

    International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please leave a note for your phone number when you place the order. Then when the package arrived in your country, the express company will contact you for the custom duty tax.

    Cancellation Policy

    Yes, I accept cancellation. You can cancel your order without any liability within 24 hours after placing it.

    If you want to cancel the order after 24 hours, for orders over $1000 (including $1000), I will charge 20% of the order value as my material loss fee. For orders less than $1000, I will charge $100.

    Resize

    If the size is not super suitable for you, please feel free to contact me and I could resize the ring for you freely once. If the request exceed more than one year after you got the ring, I will ask for a reasonable price.
    Please noted: the full eternity band could not be resized.
